Hello my dear bears, this will be our very first nationals. 24 March 2013 would be the day we show everyone why did we chose to spend so much time in this sport; the day we show everyone why we still chose to stay and fight when every part of our body is breaking apart; the day this phrase "not free, cheer today" finally make sense to people all around you; the day where all the blood we bled, tears we shed and sweat we sweat is all worth it.
Shake all those negative thoughts away. We've come so far, let's do it together. :)
